At Shaadi & Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Policy:
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide store credit for eligible returns.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shaadiandco22@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Store Credit:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If approved, a store credit will be issued to your account. Store credits do not expire and can be used towards future purchases.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@shaadiandco.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit, depending on your preference and item availability.
